The Visual Identity
Brought to life during the pandemic, the font "wash your hands" is somewhat ironic, however, was chosen for its playful properties and almost animated feel, even whilst static. For the corporate colour palette, a bright pastel was utilized to inject a puppy-like enthusiasm into the communications. Finally, we rounded the visual identity off pictures of cute dogs...of course!
Catering for both the pet groomers and their clients - the pet owners - our marketing materials had to flex for both a B2B and a B2C market. Our ongoing agency partnership with Tuft has us create assets for the marketing team on a monthly basis.
From wireframes to prototypes and finally working with an app development agency, we brought to life an end-to-end customer journey that makes booking a pet service a walk in the park.
The pet industry is relatively new in the adoption of technologies to power services - this added an extra layer to our customer journey. Forty8Creates had to ensure the entire process from onboarding to completing an appointment was seamless and easy to understand.
